Go to the Copy & Print Center. It’s usually located in a front corner of the store.

Can you ship to a PO Box address using FedEx at Office Depot OfficeMax?
No, you can't ship to a PO Box using FedEx.

Are shipping and packing services available at every Office Depot?
Yes, FedEx shipping services are available at all locations. Each store also features a dedicated self-service packing area and packing and shipping supplies for purchase. Many Office Depot OfficeMax locations have team members who will pack your shipment for you. Contact specific locations for more details.

Do Office Depot OfficeMax locations offer custom packing solutions?
Custom packing solutions are available for certain types of packages. If an Office Depot OfficeMax store is unable to meet your specific packing needs, please visit a FedEx Office location for more advanced packing services.

Do I need a shipping label before I arrive?
No, a team member can help you choose the shipping option that fits your needs, create a shipping label, and get your package on its way. If you already have a shipping label for your package or return, you can drop off your package at any Office Depot OfficeMax location.

How can I make sure my package will be accepted at an Office Depot OfficeMax location?
Check that your package is securely sealed and properly labeled with a FedEx Express or FedEx Ground shipping label. Also make sure your package does not contain prohibited or unacceptable items like these:
• Cash, coins, currency, stamps, lottery tickets, stocks and bonds
• Articles of unusual value like antiques, jewelry, priceless art and collectables
• Firearms, alcoholic beverages, tobacco, cigarettes, and tobacco products
• Hazardous substances, regulated materials, corrosives, explosives and toxic substances (This includes both hand sanitizer and Lithium batteries which can be found in most electronics)
• Improperly packaged, damaged packaging or contains dry ice or live animals

Can I drop off my online shopping returns at Office Depot OfficeMax?
Yes, if your online shopping return has a FedEx shipping label, you can drop off your sealed, prelabeled package at any location.

Does Office Depot accept FedEx QR codes for printing shipping labels?
Office Depot does not currently have this ability. Please visit a FedEx Office or FedEx Ship Center location to use a QR code to ship.

Can I have my package held at, or redirected to, and Office Depot OfficeMax location?
No. At this time, only select locations offer these services. Find participating stores.

Do I have to pay any additional fees for picking up or dropping off at an Office Depot OfficeMax location?
No, there are no additional fees for picking up or dropping off a package at any store.

How long can a package be held for pickup at Office Depot OfficeMax?
A package will be held for up to 7 days. After that, it will be returned to the nearest FedEx facility, and your tracking information will be updated to show that your package is no longer being held for pickup at Office Depot OfficeMax. If your package has been returned, call 1.800.GoFedEx 1.800.463.3339 for help.
