- Step 1: Appointment Scheduling. We will contact you to book an appointment with our technician for Wi-Fi network device setup service and help you connect to devices like computer, TV, mobile, smart home devices.
- Step 2: On The Day Of The Appointment. When our technician arrives, they will talk to you to understand your goals, and discuss the scope of the service, including what is out of scope. As part of the discussion, if there are issues that needs to be resolved, we will discuss a solution.
- Step 3: Computer Setup. Our technician will 1) Unbox the computer, 2) Remove trialware and unwanted applications that consume unnecessary space, 3) Apply essential operating system updates to ensure your PC is securely optimized (Operating system install not included), 4) Create 2 user accounts, and 5) Install McAfee LiveSafe as an add-on service (must be purchased separately).
