What is the difference between all the different box options?

• Shipping Box – This is the optimum solution for shipping and storage that fits your small to large products.
• Gable Box - A larger version of our mailer boxes, gable boxes provide the ideal structure to stand on their own and can hold larger products that don’t fit in an e-commerce box.
• Retail Box - This is a versatile type of box you might see on retail shelves and displays as well as online.
• Mailer Box - Your tried-and-true e-commerce box for subscriptions, influencer/corporate gifts, sales kits, etc. 
• Literature Mailer - Perfect branded shipping solution for books, journals, and brochures.
• Triangle Tube Box - Great promotional solution for safe shipping of posters and long items.
• Square Tube Box - Great for shipping posters and long items.

What’s the difference between white and premium white materials?
White is a very common corrugated material that has a white or Kraft outside liner and a Kraft flute. Premium white is made with clay-coated outer liner paper for glossy, vibrant colors and high-end personalized packaging.

Do you offer any other materials?
We offer the most common and popular materials for corrugated packaging and boxes that should take care of most of your needs.

Do you have subscription boxes?
We offer a variety of boxes that can be used for subscription boxes. Our wide selection of sizes and designs allows you to create a unique custom subscription box for any occasion.

Are box dimensions based on internal dimensions or external dimensions?
Box dimensions will be based on Internal dimensions.

Are there artwork guidelines I should follow?
Yes, please refer to our Artwork Guidelines for the best results.

Which sides of the box can you design?
We can either print the outside, or both sides

I want to see a physical proof of my order, is that possible?
When you place an order and click “submit,” you have approved the pdf of your design for production; no other proof will be sent to you. If you would like to see what your boxes will look like, please order 1 or 2, boxes to sample before placing a larger order.

How do I know if my design prints clear?
Please follow our Artwork Guidelines for optimal results. All images should be provided at 300ppi (pixels per inch) at the final size for the best print quality. If an image is uploaded at 300ppi and then scaled or increased in size, its resolution quality will be reduced and may appear blurry or pixelated.

Can you send me a die line?
You can download our dielines to apply your own art, offline.

When will I receive my order?
Every order will be shipped within 5-7 business days plus anywhere from 2-7 business days for actual shipping, depending on your location.

How will my order arrive?
Depending on the quantity and size of the individual custom box(es), your order will ship in one box or multiple boxes.

How can I calculate my shipping costs?
Your shipping costs will be calculated for you upon checkout.

How can I track the status of my order?
Currently, we don’t offer live tracking. We will notify you once your order has shipped and you will be able to track your shipment through the carrier’s website.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship in the United States.

Can my order ship to different locations?
At this moment we are unable to split shipments for orders ordered online. Please place a separate order for each location.

What choices affect my pricing?
Pricing is affected by the type of box, the box size, the type of substrate, the quantity, and if the box will be printed on 1 or 2 sides.

Do you offer quantity breaks?
Yes, the more boxes in your order, the lower your price per box as long as you order the same design, box type and size in one order.

Is there a set-up fee?
No, there are no additional setup fees. All of our boxes are printed digitally which do not require any plates or setups. The price you are quoted per box is the price you will pay. Shipping costs and tax will be added upon check out.
