At Office Depot, we take pride in working closely with our manufacturers to ensure the highest level of service. Please select your items carefully since many orders can not be cancelled after they are placed. Special order items are often delivered directly from the manufacturer. Because of this a minimum of 3 business days is required for special order delivery. Items shipped directly from the manufacturer will be delivered inside to a ground floor location.
Returns
Special Order merchandise is custom made to your specific requirements and, as such, may not be returned unless the merchandise arrives damaged. Custom imprint items may not be returned unless printed incorrectly or if the merchandise arrives damaged.
Special order items include but are not limited to: HP Showcase, Configure to Order computers, technology such as computers, monitors, shredders, furniture, imprinted items, and select office supplies.
Return/exchange requests that do not qualify under Office Depot?s return policy might qualify for service or repair under the appropriate manufacturer?s warranty. Please call your normal Office Depot customer service number for assistance in locating the manufacturer.
